DUAL TRANSISTOR FORWARDER SCHEME
Adopt advanced power management chip scheme which is mature and reliable for many years Two-transistor forward uses two mosfets. mosfet has small impedance, low loss, high efficiency,low temperature rising.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS

TRANSFORMER
Pure copper winding, secondary winding specially added copper slice as a heat conduction material, effectively control temperature rising.
OUTPUT INDUCTOR
More coil turns and higher permeability leads to high inductance.Output inductor using sendust as core material. With high inductance,power supply's size is smaller and weight is lighter.
EMI CIRCUIT
Adopt first order EMI filter circuit to meet EMI requirements and design standard, effectively avoid display interference caused by power supply.
